As such, fare prices have always been touching in the famous cities of India like Mumbai, Bengaluru Pune Gurugram (Gurgaon), Noida. From the point of view of housing rent, there has been a rise of 22 percent in the fare in Sector-150 of Noida. While the fare of houses present in SMR area of Pune city was 12.2 percent, Bangalore, Hyderabad-Gurugram has been increased by 16 percent. While the condition of the commercial capital of India and the film city Mumbai is bad in this case. According to media reports (Aaj Tak), only 10 percent fares have increased here.
According to the 2023-2024 report of the Domestic Consumption Expenditure Survey, the house rent has reached about 6.58 percent in the total domestic expenses. This average increase was 4.46 percent in the year 1999.
